Check-out time: From 06:00 to 12:00 noon (subject to room availability).
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Services already booked at Ganh Da Dia Retreat Hotel cannot be refunded or cancelled for any reason.
Room rates exclude VAT and do not include breakfast.
Pet Policy
To avoid disturbing other guests and to keep rooms clean, the hotel does not allow pets during your stay.
No Smoking in Rooms
All 21 rooms are fully enclosed with modern interiors and fitted with smoke detectors. Please do not smoke inside guest rooms.
The hotel provides open-air spaces on private balconies and at the rooftop bar for guests who wish to smoke.
Outside Food & Drink
To ensure food safety and keep rooms odor-free, please do not prepare raw food or bring strong-smelling seafood into guest rooms.
Ganh Da Dia Retreat Hotel offers 21 well-appointed rooms, all built to a spacious standard of 45 m². Unlike standard hotels where entry-level rooms are cramped, every guest here enjoys the same generous 45 m² living area, equipped with either a private outdoor balcony or expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Payment Notice for Direct Booking
Payment is by domestic Vietnamese bank transfer via VietQR only. International cards are not accepted — if you are coming from abroad without a Vietnamese bank account, call or message us.
Extra Bed & Children Policy
- Children Under 5: Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents (max 1 child in double rooms, 2 children in family rooms).
- Extra Bed (Rollaway): Charged at the current rate, shown when you book (maximum 1 extra bed per room, sleeps 1 person).
- Meals & Tax: Room rates exclude VAT and exclude breakfast. A breakfast menu is served à la carte from 06:00 on our rooftop.
